Business Partner Controlling / Group Controlling (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced business partner in Controlling and Finance with a proactive approach. A perfect opportunity for a Controller to take overall responsibility for all financial activities plus the management of business in general of one of the leading divisions of the international group. Your Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the profitability and free cash flow generation of the division and drives awareness and actions to achieve the targets at eye level with the Management
  • Acts as a business partner for the Division Management, division functions and the Site Management regarding Controlling, Finance and Accounting topics and the management of the business in general
  • Takes a stance at critical business decisions (e.g. business plans) and orchestrates the decision-making process to ensure the best business decision
  • Leads the Controlling team functionally and coordinates all Controlling activities (also international) and advances further development of controlling processes, systems and standards
  • Management reporting with analysis and interpretation – monthly/quarterly/annually standard reports, ad hoc and special reports
  • Operative planning topics, e.g.: budgets, forecasts, scenarios and contingency plans
  • Investment planning, calculation & monitoring and business valuation (for new businesses and M&A)

Your Profile – Key Skills and Experience:

  • University degree – Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Management or other related to the above
  • 4+ years of professional Controlling/Finance experience; previous business partner experience and project management experience is a plus
  • Business fluent English language skills, willingness to travel (once a month)
  • IT literate with strong MS-Office skills – Experience with SAP is a big advantage
  • Personality: proactive, independent and structured working approach, hands-on mentality, ability to work under pressure

For this position our client offers a minimum payment of 85,000 € /year, plus social benefits and possible bonuses. Especially qualified and experienced candidates will be offered overpay. Additionally, you will get attractive development prospects and an inspiring working environment.
