Information on cookie use & remarketing

A cookie is a small text file that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. This file records information about your visit to websites and can be read again when you revisit that page at a later date. This means that the website takes less time to load and you can find your way around more quickly.

Cookies are necessary for the site to function properly and for us to provide you with the best possible support in your job or employee search. Cookies are also necessary so that we can automatically send you interesting job offers (remarketing).

The protection of your data is our top priority. Schulmeister Management Consulting uses appropriate organisational and technical measures to ensure this. If you would still like to deactivate cookies, you can do so in your browser settings.

Google Ads and conversion measurement

We use the online marketing tool "Google Ads" on our website. We place advertisements within the Google advertising network, which includes search results, videos and websites. These ads are aimed at users who are likely to show an interest in our products and services. The process also allows us to monitor the effectiveness of the ads in terms of conversions. We are only provided with anonymous information about the total number of users who have clicked on our ads and visited a page that has a "conversion tracking tag". We do not obtain any details that would lead to the personal identification of the user.

Extended conversions for Google Ads

In the event of a conversion, i.e. when a user clicks on our Google ads and makes use of our offer, certain user data such as e-mail address, name, home address or telephone number may be passed on to Google. This data is transmitted in the form of hash values in order to match it with existing Google accounts. This allows us to analyze user interactions with our ads and improve ad performance.

The use of Google Ads and extended conversions is carried out with the aim of making our advertising measures more targeted and efficient and to gain more insight into the behavior of users in relation to our ads without disregarding their privacy.
